yes i googled for about 45 minutes but got a wide variety of the wrong versions. NEC has updated the OS many times. If you no one can help I might need to pay my Telephony support to send me a copy.

That's you best option, if you have support / purchased a license you should have a manual.  An they may replace it, otherwise I would pay for the correct version for our system.

Asked our service guy with NEC but still no manual. Any more ideas.

Nope, If NEC does not have one they can provide / sell you.  It's time to get a new switch that can be supported..  

Otherwise, not sure.  I have some old NEC 2400 manuals but none for this.
