yes i googled for about 45 minutes but got a wide variety of the wrong versions. NEC has updated the OS many times. If you no one can help I might need to pay my Telephony support to send me a copy.

That's you best option, if you have support / purchased a license you should have a manual. &nbsp;An they may replace it, otherwise I would pay for the correct version for our system.

Nope, If NEC does not have one they can provide / sell you. &nbsp;It's time to get a new switch that can be supported.. &nbsp;<br />

Otherwise, not sure. &nbsp;I have some old NEC 2400 manuals but none for this. &nbsp;<br />
