RDweb 2012 Explorer.exe folder mapping arguments?

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS and I am trying to remoteapp publish explorer.exe but to a certain folder on the C:\ drive.

I have tried many examples that I have found and each one tells me it is an invalid path.

Here are an example or two...

%windir%\explorer.exe /e,c:  - just to see if I could go directly to the C drive.
%windir%\explorer.exe /root,c:
explorer.exe /e,c:
explorer.exe /root,c:
explorer.exe /e,c:\folderpath
explorer.exe /root,c:\folderpath
explorer.exe /e,"c:\folderpath"
explorer.exe /root,"c:\folderpath"

None of those work.  I can remote publish just explorer.exe without issue.

I figured out how to do this on Server 2012 R2.  YOu have to just add explorer.exe as a published app without any parameters.  Once that is published you can edit the properties on that published app and enter the parameters there.  I have attached a screenshot.
