I can't print to a HP Photosmart 7520 wireless printer

A user has 2 identical Dell Latitude E4200 laptops. One is her personal machine the second one is a work machine.

She recently moved from Maine to Florida and changed ISPs.

She was able to configure and setup her personal laptop with the HP Photosmart 7520 printer without a problem.

When we setup her work laptop with the same printer, we see it listed on Ctrl Panel but we can't print to it.

I tried removing and recreating the port, I removed and reinstalled the driver, and I reinstalled the printer on her Win 7 Pro, 32 bit work machine and still nothing.

Can anyone help please!
