My customer has several messages in their undeliverable queue (Exchange 2010) and I cannot figure out why they won’t go.I have made sure their domain is not blacklisted. The customer was able to send me an email but she cannot get one to go to her own gmail account. It’s very frustrating!
I restarted the Exchange services. Somehow the messages replicated themselves except with no sender. Now, I have deleted the original messages, but the copies remain. I have remote access so I can work on it anytime. These messages should expire by 8/3/14, but I’d like to get rid of them now and keep working on the original issue. Help?
