troubleshooting Question

Exchange 2013 - Other users are unable to access a certain user's calendar when they are offline.

Hi,

One of our users is frequently out of the offices visiting clients.  When he is not online his calendar is not available for other users to view, despite permissions for 'Default' being set to Reviewer.  When someone tries to access his calendar they get a message stating "Cannot display the folder. You do not have permission to log on.".

99% of our users use Outlook 2007 on Server 2008R2 TS.  The calendar displays correctly through OWA.

I have tried Outlook safe mode, and the Cleansharing and Cleanroamedprefs switches with no luck.  It has been suggested to migrate the mailbox to another DB, but we only have one DB available...
