MS Outlook connectivity issues with linked mailboxes in Exchange 2013
Hello,
I have an Exchange 2013 server that handles two domains: test1.com and test2.com.
test1.com is local and test2.com is remote. There is a two way transitive forest trust between the two domains.
Everything works on test1.com ( OWA, Autodiscover, Outlook) however test2.com domain has an issue with MS Outlook connecivity. Any linked mailboxes configured from test2.com domain cannot be configured with MS Outlook. If I use the same account on OWA ( UPN or domain\user) it works just fine. For some reason, autodiscover or any manual configuration on Outlook fails to connect to Exchange.
Also, any other local domains configured on the Exchange with the exception on test2.com will work just fine with autodiscover.
Can anyone point me on the right direction in how to address this issue?
Thanks!
