Android S3 contact manager

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3.  I recently upgraded the OS.  This meant I had to upgrade Kies to Kies3.  In the new version of Kies there is no contact manger.  Evidently they want me to use Outlook to sync contacts.  I've tried this for a while today.  To say the least I am getting very tired a frustrated of trying to make this work.

Question: Is there a contact manger out there (hopefully free) that will interface with my S3?

NOTE: Android Version: 4.3 and Windows 7
