"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Not sure why there are TWO tasks

If you wanted to migrate accounts from one domain to another in same forest and later on you again will migarte same accounts from that domain to another forest, why don't you migrate those accounts from source domain in one forest to another forest in 1st attempt ?

Anyways, what you are trying to do is possible with ADMT 3.2 - Microsoft Freeware tool
ADMT can handle intra forest and inter forest migrations

Check official ADMT guide
