Problem was, after installing new hard drive and fresh install of OS, we had to rename the computer to something other than existing computer name registered in Windows Home Server 2011.   In our case, bonnie-pc already existed in Windows Home Server 2011.  After renaming the new computer to BLM-PC, I was able to install the connector and restore files.
