Tools to keep database real time and inventory by IP address

Dear all,

right now we have a project to, by IP address of that database server, to show out inventory information and all run times process as well as their loading pattern, in order to:

1) e.g. if a fault is found on a particular system which involve a database,  it can help to list out all the details.
2) provide all information and detail for us to troubleshoot when a fault related to application which connects to a db is found.

Any this kind of tools for me to reference.

database need to be check is:
1) Oracle.
2) MySQL
3) MS SQL
4) DB2.

Take a look at this tool:
http://www.zabbix.com/

https://www.zabbix.com/wiki/howto/monitor/db/orabbix_monitor_oracle_with_zabbix

Our sys admins work with this and they are really comfortable with the tool. Quite easy to deploy and to work with, apart from the low cost (if any)...

Alexander Eßer,

this link seems showing me that Zabbix do not monitor MS SQL ? I don't see that in the list.

I even don't see it can monitor DB2 as well.

Yes. You may install Zabbix agent(s) software on Windows for monitoring purposes, but not as a Zabbix server or proxy.

Supported DBs from https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.2/manual/installation are:
MySQL
Oracle
PostgreSQL
SQLite
IBM DB2
