Outlook 2010 Closes when minimized on RD Web session

When my client is logged into their RD Web session on terminal server 2008 r2, and they click to minimize their Outlook client, it appears to close on them instead.  It appears that it is only closing on their desktop, and on the server in the task manager, it continues to run just fine.

It may be because the user has enabled “Hide when minimize” option http://www.msoutlook.info/question/377
