Can curl be packaged for win

A colleague working on something today asked me if curl could be packaged into a self installable container with another program. I searched quite a lot but wasn't able to find anything specific so need to ask here.

He is building a win7/8 app which requires curl to function properly and doesn't want the user to have to install curl separately. He wants to include it in the package so that everything is installed in one shot.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Any Software can be packaged, also combinations of Softwares. The easiest way would look like this:
->create a Batch file with one line for each Software:
    \\server\share\setup1.exe /silent
    \\server\share\setup2.exe /silent
->wrap that Batch into an MSI using wrapping Software (vinsvision's WIWW or exetomsi)

then you would have your deployable combinated Setup.
