I have entered present user information, but no access

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Where are the files in the machine you are trying to access?  If in c:\users\otheruser then you may not be able to access.

Copy the files in the other machine to c:\temp and see if you can access these. Make sure c:\temp is permitted to Everyone for starters.

You may have a permission problem.

This question is FOUR MONTHS old. It would help if you had responded earlier. No one can help if you abandon your questions.
