hp laserjet 4015

I have a hp laserjet 4015 and it doesn't print correctly every now and then. the person that orginially setup the print server used the laserjet 4250 print driver, so I thought i would get the specific drive for the 4015 from hp's website. but I went there and they don't have a driver. they just have a Universal Print Driver, but that's not even a dowload, it just has release notes.
so does anyone know where the Universal Print Driver is, or if there is a print driver for the 4015?
I was going to try and chat with HP but the printer is out of warranty.

Go to Devices and Printers and remove the HP4015 from Devices and Printers. OK to that lot to exit and restart the computer.

Go to Devices and Printers, Add Printer, Local Printer, Existing Connection, Next. See the Windows Printer Update button beside Have Disk. Run the Printer Update. This takes a while. Do not actually add a printer yet. When complete, exit and restart again.

Now add the printer and use the Windows 7 supplied driver. I think this should work better - it does for me.

Windows 7 has built in LaserJet 4000 series drivers for PCL5, PCL6 and PostScript.

Did you try these?

sorry to be so picky Joshua G but the other link did work, but it is for a 64bit system. incredibily this is a server 2008 standard, 32bit! I didn't think 2008 was available as 32bit, but apparently they managed to find a copy that is 32bit.
John Hurst - the printer tech i work with said that the 4000 and 4015 are pretty differet from each other.
