Dell desktop - Is this model capable of handling two monitors or do I need to purchase another monitor card

Horrible description on Amazon.

There's no picture of the rear of this unit.   I believe if the motherboard has an HDMI receptacle, I can then purchase  a "Y" splitter and connect two monitors.  Right?  Wrong?

I'm not doing gaming, just business apps, (adobe, MS Office, with heavy graphics on PPT.)

Any other assistance/caveats would be appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
