Windows AD users cannot logon to Spiceworks
Not sure if this is the correct site for this, but I'll try it. Some of my Windows AD users cannot logon to the Spiceworks ticketing system. Admins can logon fine to the alternative URL for admins. The user URL being used is http://<server_name>:9675/portal
I'm reading that the LDAP configuration needs to be verified and I'm a little stumped as to where that would be to edit. Needless to say, I'm a Spiceworks guru in the making as I've inherited this issue.
Any help, or suggestions much appreciated in advance.

Because I solved the issue.
Usually any portal which linked with AD then there may some groups which needed to be add for those users in order to access. Is there any groups for spiceworks for your helpdeks users? if so, add the group for the appropriate users and see it works.
As per Spiceworks, it seems you need to do some configuration with AD, have a look http://community.spiceworks.com/help/Help_Desk_User_Authentication
