Now that the VB application has been identified any on-line training or books to suggest to get me going?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you do not mind paying and like video-training then I would suggest one of the following
http://www.pluralsight.com (You can get 10 days trial to evaluate it)
www.learnnowonline.com (you get 7 days trial)
Also a goof sire is Microsoft's http://channel9.msdn.com/ (it's free)
