If you do not mind paying and like video-training then I would suggest one of the following
http://www.pluralsight.com (You can get 10 days trial to evaluate it)
www.learnnowonline.com (you get 7 days trial)
Also a goof sire is Microsoft's http://channel9.msdn.com/ (it's free)
