Anchors in PDF

Is it possible to embed html type "anchors" in a pdf document?

For example, I have a pdf with spec sheets for 5 different products, I would like the link to the pdf to go directly to the corresponding section, not to the TOP of the pdf file.

Do I have to have Acrobat Writer to do this?

It is possible. You can link to a page in any pdf document, or link to a 'Named Destination'
