Exchange 2010: Enable and configure auditing for all mailboxes

I have been testing a few users with auditing with the following settings.  I would now like to achieve this for all mailboxes in the organization.  Can someone show me how to do this?

Set-Mailbox -Identity "trecool" -AuditDelegate Cre-ate,FolderBind,SendAs,SendonBehalf,SoftDelete,HardDelete,Update,Move,MoveToDeletedItems -AuditLogAgeLimit 7 -AuditEnabled $true

Set-Mailbox -Identity "trecool" -AuditAdmin Create,FolderBind,SendAs,SendonBehalf,SoftDelete,HardDelete,Update,Move,MoveToDeletedItems -AuditLogAgeLimit 7 -AuditEnabled $true

Set-Mailbox -Identity "trecool" -AuditOwner Copy,Create,FolderBind,HardDelete,MessageBind,Move,MoveToDeletedItems,SendAsSendOnBehalf,SoftDelete,Update -AuditLogAgeLimit 7 -AuditEnabled $true

if you want to apply it to everyone, just pipe get-mailbox in front and remove the -identity bit.

get-mailbox | set-mailbox -AuditOwner Copy,Create,FolderBind,HardDelete...

Simon.
