Someone had created 2 new mailbox databases and moved users into those databases without running the Get-MailboxDatabase | Add-ADPermission -User &quot;BESAdmin&quot; -AccessRights ExtendedRight -ExtendedRights Receive-As, ms-Exch-Store-Admin &nbsp; &nbsp; command. &nbsp; <br />
I ran that command, but we are still seeing the following errors on our BES server:<br />
event ID 20154 &nbsp; &nbsp;User &nbsp;John Doe not started<br />
event ID 2000 RIM_HrResolveProxysFromDN - ResolveNamesMAPI failed from -2147221233<br />

Is there anything else we have to do to resolve this?
