It says your login is incorrect.  You need to find out what your username and password are supposed to be.  Password is always case sensitive.  Filezilla works fine on my MacBook Pro.

I saw the print screen.  You have made some mistake in your login.  I have Filezilla working on both Windows and Macs and I think I have a copy on my Linux machine.  I have not had any trouble logging in to the same sites on any of the machines.

The only Windows/Mac incompatibility I can think of would be if you used a 'special' character in your password that was coded differently on the two machines.  All regular alpha-numeric characters will be the same on all systems and character sets.

Is there another site that you can try to login to?
