Why not use late-binding instead?

Then you wouldn't need a reference and your code should work with all versions of Outlook.

late binding is not working in some versions of 2013.I have been using late binding but it can't no get or create object on certain machines the one that seems to work is early binding but that requires a reference to the outlook object my problem is that there a various versions of office 2003,2010,2013. haven't received any problems until office 2013.
