Citrix Xenap has Citrix App Center to administer Citrix environment, however this console is usually accessed only by CItrix Administrator.
I would like to know which console should be used by Help Desk, so that they can help end users when they have problems in connecting or in seeing what they are supposed to see.
For instance, end user may call and say I cannot connect to citrix though I have ICA client installed on my computer and have access to internet. Or they may call, and say I do not see the icon of the application I am supposed to see, or why I get access denied, etc......
The bottom line, is whether there is a console where Help Desk can look and find out where the issue is.
