I would like to track a QR code in Google Analytics.  Can this be done for an existing QR code? I found a link on how to create QR codes in Google Link builder then add this link into Google Analytics. However, how about for existing QR codes ?  Any feeback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Accepted Solution

Short answer: no if the page with the QR code was not tracked

Google tracks pages are they are visited, based on the invisible tracker which is triggered by page load.

If the pages have been url-shortened by an url-shortener such as, you might get some stats about past browses of this page.
