How to download and install  the exchange remote management tools for Exchnage 2007 SP3.

We have Exchange 2007 SP3 in our network and I want to install the exchange management tools on a windows 2012 server. Please post a link as where I can download the exchange remote management tools.

    Download Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 3 (E2K7SP3EN64.exe) and then install only the management tools. Be careful as Windows Server 2012 is not on the Supported Operating System. Check also section Supported operating system platforms. Check all the prerequisites before starting installation.
