O365 Sharepoint, audio not playing on PowerPoint files

I have some Powerpoint presentations saved as pps format. If I try to play them, some of the embedded audio will not play. I get an error stating: “We can’t play the media in this presentation because it’s larger than the file size limit set on this server.”
This does not impact every slide and none of the audio files embedded are larger than 1MB.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You mean when you open them in the web apps?

Correct.  When I try to play it from the webapp it will not play the audio.  If I download the file, it will play in the desktop app.

Those come with some restrictions, as you have probably noticed. For audio, max size is 100k. Read more here:
