Exchange 2007 SP2, Mailbox Servers

Our Exchange 2007 SP3, are all virtual machines.  Server 2008 R2.

Our C:\ is running out of disk space.
Can I expand the disk space?  Will it affect anything?   The only on thing on this drive is the OS, the mailbox databases are on another drive.

Thanks

You should be able to expand just fine. It doesn't require any downtime on Server 2008 R2.

i would first examine why C is running out of space if your exchange databases are on another disk
it isn't normal for it to run low on space unless some application is generating logs, or C was underprovisioned and windows updates are using more space so i would try to find the root cause first
are the transaction logs on C?
