Outlook continuously prompts for password
We are using Microsoft office 365 and the hosted exchange plan they offer. Yesterday 2 users came in and have been unable to get outlook working on their computer. It just keeps prompting for the password even though we are sure we are putting in the correct one. I tried resetting their passwords with the admin tool, tried running repair operation in outlook (fails), tried rebooting (obviously). I am not sure why this is only affecting 2 of our users and about 14 other people are all working perfectly fine. They are using outlook 2007, one pc is windows 7 and the other is windows 8. Any advice is appreciated.

This is the solution that worked. Had to contact microsoft technical support to get this fix.
Long story short, go to control Panel --> Credential manager
