Internet Explorer 10/11 Toolkit not to in stall and a subsequent question

Previously, we had installed the IE NO Noinstall toolkits for both IE 10 and 11, not to install them via automatic Windows Update.

I am starting to put IE 10 on now, and I now see there is a window when it starts with a checkbox to automatically install updates.

Will this checkbox be ignored if I have the reg patch to ignore IE11

Gotcha.  My IE11Blocker reg entries are still in place.

So, the nature of this checkbox is updates to IE 10 but no version jumps?

It depends upon your settings.  It is typical of Microsoft to ask you to run windows update when you install any of their software.
