Galaxy s5 not authenticating to Exchange server

Hey,

Not sure what's going on, but I got a new galaxy S5 from At&t, and the authentication fails when trying to setup my exchange account.
A little background. I switched from Verizon to At&t " Long story". Anyway I actually Got my Boss a new Galaxy S5 as well except his phone is with Verizon. I had no problem setting up his exchange account on the exact same phone. The only difference is that mine is with AT&T.

Any thoughts?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ensure you have ActiveSync enabled on your mailbox (done from the exchange server). You can test this here https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
Make sure you're accepting the activation of the exchange mailbox on your phone, it may be an icon in the notification bar.
