I have a DC on a network that is working perfectly for the LAN and was working on WAN until recently.  I've check dns, it will not ping 8.8.8.8 it will ping the gateway. I have users using it with no problem on VPN and locally.  the strangest thing is it will resolve with an IP address if I ping www.google.com it resolves to 173.194.46.84.
I've flushed DNS, rebooted server, I'm not sure what else to do.  Any ideas?

Change the IP of the DC.  Try an IP higher, lower, and in the DHCP range.
