Exchange 2010 I did not get your email message. I sent it to you.... You did not....

Folks

Is their a simple way to tell if recipient on a distribution list received the email message?  What reports are available to me to use today?    We have a sender that sends to a distraction list.  Often their are times when that staff members says, I never got the message.   How can I prove the message was sent and delivered for the entire distribution list.  Thank You

Message tracking logs are your friends here:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124375(v=exchg.150).aspx

Valid for 30 days by default but can increase the time they are kept.

I assume we talk about Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013.
