Purchase an essential security SSL Certificate from for

I received the following certificate files from - Described by as the Doamin/End-User Certificate.
UTNAddTrustServer_CA.crt - Described by as Intermediary 1 certificate.
RegistercomSSLServicesCADV.crt - Described by as Intermediary 2 certificate.
ADDTrustExternalCARoot.crt - Described by as the Root Certificate.

Installed the 2 Intermediary  certificates just fine.

When I used the SBS 2011 Console "Add Trusted Certificate" wizard, I browsed and selected the
ADDTrustExternalCARoot.crt certificate and the installation of the certificate failed.

When I again used the SBS 2011 Console "Add Trusted Certificate" wizard, I browsed and selected the  certificate and the installation of that certificate was successful.

My question is where and what are the steps in SBS 2011 to install the ADDTrustExternalCARoot.crt  certificate
