For as far as i know this isn't an issue. I have seen more than 1 implementation where Outlook was placed on an Exchange server.<br />
Only thing to keep in mind (as always), security updates.

Is it ok to install Outlook 2010 64-Bit on Exchange 2010 SP3 Mailbox Server. &nbsp;We are doing this for Brick-Level restores for mailboxes using CommVault Backup Software. &nbsp;Will there be any issues in doing this?

Outlook 2010 on Exchange 2010
