"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

No-Ip is what I've been using for a long time and it works great.  I've posted the free link below:

http://www.noip.com/free

The free version limits you to 3 hostnames and will send out renewal e-mails every 30 days (IIRC).  The only downside is you have to make sure you get these e-mails and renew your hostnames, otherwise you'll lose your connectivity.

After signing up, the only other thing you need to do is download the DUC (dynamic update client) on their site and install that onto some PC in your network.  That client is what'll actually update your DNS hostname with your networks external IP address everytime it changes, if it changes.
