Where can we go for DNS hosting regarding a .gov domain we set up for customer?

GoDaddy have a premium DNS service as do many companies

Does your registrar not have DNS hosting?

No...you have to register .gov domains with https://www.dotgov.gov/

They do not provide DNS Hosting

Turns out that GoDaddy does offer "DNS Only (Off-site)" service for a .gov domain. You do need an existing domain account. Thanks!
