OutLook Anywhere not connecting
I activated Outlook Anywhere in Exchange 2010, was able to setup on Outlook 2013 for myself and another network admin
I am unable to complete for any new users, will not connect to Exchange
I have tried on two Laptops, one W 7 and one W 8; am able to setup my account with no problem

Had to use Microsoft Support to solve this issue
I think you must know how to configure the Outlook anywhere in Exchange 2010,
