Search Engine Listing

I am not sure what it is called but whenever someone types in a search and the results come up, some have the main content then each "Page" listed out below with a description.  How is this done?  For instance if you type in Rockorange.  You will see what I mean.  or even experts exchange.

    It's called extended sitelinks
    There is not much you can do about it as it is upto Google as to whether they show this information
    What you can do is make sure your site is well structured (breadcrumbs etc) so that Google can easily understand the path logic of your site.
