I'd try the Astro A50 (I believe that's my model). Surprising range into most rooms of my house, except one, where there may be interference... I found myself walking around the house with my headset on. Why? I'm not really sure.
I did get tired of charging them, or reconnecting bluetooth and moved back to wired set.

Logitec list the difference between the two models as an improvement of 2m (about 6½ ft) with the H800 over the H600 but because the nano adapter that Logitec use is RF the actual range is hugely dependent on structures, so if you have solid walls between rooms you'll lose a lot more signal and range than if you have plasterboard stud walls.

If you want to maximize your range you should consider different technologies like Sennheiser's Kleer or Sony's DSSS but these come at a price.

As far as your question goes though you're really not going to see a significant increase in range between the two Logitec models you've listed.  The H800 is slightly better but the extra distance you get probably doesn't justify the additional cost given they use identical technologies.

DSSS  = Digital Surround Sound System - all of Sony's headphones that use surround sound use this technology.

Re Kleer - yes you need digital recievers for the Sennheiser sets - these are included in the standard packages but watch out for "Additional Headphone" packages that just have the headphones (as multiple sets can run from the same receiver.

If you find a link to Sony wireless headphones with surround sound they will have DSSS

so link I found is missing products?
Possibly but the headphones on that page all show whether or not a receiver is included in the package or if they are designed to be additional headphones to be used if you already have a receiver.
