Web site syncing iis 8.5

I'm setting up two new web servers running iis 8.5 and I want to sync changes like if a binding is added etc.  It seems as though Microsoft has abandoned the web farm framework.  All I'm looking to is sync the web sites between servers.  I'm not worried about the actual content because I use DFS to sync between two file stores.

Are there any good options to use?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

They haven't updated the WFF to work as it use to in IIS 7.5.

Anyway, I've got what I want to achieve out of a powershell script at https://community.rackspace.com/products/f/25/t/641
