I have recently installed a new Xerox WorkCentre 7835 printer and setup Standard accounting to track and report on usage etc. The secure print works perfectly fine on Win 7. However, I have 2 MAC's onsite running 10.8 and 10.9 with Adobe CS5.5. Secure print works fine from Excel and Word, but when printing from any of the Adobe apps it gives an issue
When you go in on the secure setting within Adobe and check the settings all is ok and then it prints correctly. If you print the same doc again but without going into the secure setting an error page prints out on the printer.
