I have a website that for whatever reason the attachment popup for uploading files is about the size of a penny. I don't have the option to resize the dialog.
Is there a command or setting in the registry or something that will allow all popup windows to be resizable?

Unfortunately the only way I am aware of would be to put the site in a specific trusted zone such as "Restricted" change all the settings to match "Internet" zone, and disable JavaScript.  It's more than likely a Javascript code that is blocking re-sizing on the browser.

I'm not aware of anything either.   That said, you should inform the webmaster of the site in question so she's aware of the problem.

"I have a website ..."
Does that mean you are the coder of the website?

If not, can you give us the address of this website so we can try to reproduce what you experience?
