I took and passed the NCIE about a year ago and now I'm attempting to tackle the EMC e10-001 test.  Anyone have any experience with this test?  I found CBT like company that offers a tutorial on this technology for $600 and I'm wondering if this is worth it.

Also, I wanted to know if there are any reqs I need to meet before the test as well as how many questions and the cost of exam.

    Accepted Solution

$600 seems very expensive, like they are cashing in, for a CBT tutorial.

I would recommend, reading the exam description here

and I would recommend the Self Paced training....if you are going to do any training...

Purchase this Book...or Rent It, use on Kindle...

Do the Practice Tests here for the EMC e10-001 test

90 minutes and 65 for requirements, self paced training, read the books, do the Practice Tests...

As for the cost, sometimes, discounts are available, and differs from Country to Country, Login to your Pearons Vue Account, and select Schedule, and it will show you, your cost!

    Good Luck..
