Provision Application through APP-V

I have App-v Sequencer and would like to provision an application to end user.
I am not sure If I need App-v Client on the end user computer. If so, can someone give me a link to download it for Windows 7 32 bits ?

I also have SCCM 2012, I set up the Application to be available for App-V.

Any good guidance on this will be very much appreciated.

Thank you

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
