Chat needs disconnect trigger

Hello,
I have a little project for a WCF chat that I am working on but I would like to know how can I trigger a disconnect event just in case the person loses internet so that the chat user can be removed from the List. I have attached project source code here.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi PWillard;

I don't know how much time you have already put in to this project and I don't think I can help with WCF but have you given any thought to using SignalR technology which is a real time web library made for this type of application. Here are a couple of links.
