TFTP bad address
We have alcatel phones, which are giving an error "TFTP Bad address", i have checked their vlans, they are tagged in correct vlans, and they were working before, so the only thing changed was a firmware upgrade on the switch (HP), but we did firmware upgrade on 10 more switches, and nothing happened to any of the voice phones on those floors, only on one floor are displaying that error.....
Any ideas?

Verify that the non working switches still have their IP helper addresses set like the working ones do.

Took the port authentication 802.1x, deleted it from DHCP, disabled POE, re-enabled it.
Started working fine.

Hi all,
I have the same error message today. The IP Phone could not get IP in Voice VLAN, its MAC associated with Data VLAN only when it is plugged on two Cisco 2960CX switches. But when I move the IP Phone to other switches rather than these two, it works properly.
I disabled and reconfigured the port, disabled and re-enabled PoE but could not help. I have not touched the part of 802.1x as it seems not to be in our network. Should I have a look at Dhcp server? Then what would I do there?
Thanks.
