Site hosted on ISS only works on the server

I have windows server 2008 R2 from Rackspace.
I have one site hosted on it already and it is working fine on server as well as on the internet.

Today I hosted one more site on it but on different pot 104.
I used these bindoptions.
www.xxx.biz 104
xxx.bix 104
both are with a fixed Ipaddres.

Now when I brose the site on the same server using url http://xxx.biz:104/
Then site works and my default page appears.
But same URL doesnot work on the internet.

Not sure what settings I need to in IIS for this to make working

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

for bindings only 1 needs to be unique of the following 3:
port
name
ip address

change the binding for the port back to 80 I am also assuming that you are using fully qualified domain names and that dns has the new name with a cname or an A record pointing to your ip address
