The data on the "incident" tab is not updating the data on the "events" tab?
For some reason, I must use "Compact and Repair" function to update the data on the "incident" tab to the data on the "events" tab?
Another words, when I enter data it it not updating to the oter screens unless I use "Compact and Repair".

No, but I because know what a:
In any event, ...it sounds like you need a:
Me.Requery
on the click event of the "Tab Control" itself...
(NOT on the individual tab(s))
Any example you could send then I could try it on my application and see if it works?

i put the code on the both the Incidents and Events tab and still have the same problem.
When I go to the events tab, the incident does not appear.

I may have made another mistake. I have many forms that I put tabs on. I just say the option for Tab Control and put a tab control on the incident and events sheet, same problem. However, I may not have the forms setup properly to use tab controls and still have all the reports, querys, and form to work properly.
I have attached what I have done.
