What happens if you do a tracert?? And did anything change in the router configuration? Is your entire network (and the router) on the same subnet??

I have seen this on Windows 2008 servers

Does your router have a limit of the number of internet connections allowed?

Try clearing arp cache on router and on server

I found the problem.
I reset the switch to which the router and server are attached, and all came back to normal.
