What is Space Available under General Tab on the Database Properties in SSMS ?

What is Space Available under General Tab on the Database Properties in SSMS ?
what this means ?
I have more than 35 GB in free space available in the D:\ drive.  But it is saying 57 MB available.
Database configured in simple recovery model.  Evert day the size is reducing, should I have to modify something ?  How to set the size and how to determine the value ? Some thing needs to done immediately ?

It's the empty space in your database files (.mdf and .ldf per database).

The physical size of the files is the maximum amount of space, which a database can use. So you have left 57MB for new data.

Take a look at the Files page. It's only a problem when you don't have enabled Autogrowth.

When the database file is full, no further data modficiations could be made.
